1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions shall have the meanings defined as follows:

• "Platform" — bd1999's website, mobile version and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on or is using the platform.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

bd1999 may reject or place a hold on withdrawals in any of the following circumstances:

• An attempt is made to withdraw funds deposited from a third-party account

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bd1999 offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means that after receiving the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once.
• A bonus must be used within a set period — it will expire at the end of that period.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Playing using automated bots, scripts or any technological advantage.

• Coordinated betting (collusion) by the same individual or group.
• Harassing, deceiving or threatening other users.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered final once confirmed in the bd1999 system. bd1999 reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at an incorrect price or on an incorrect event due to a technical error.

7.2 Result Determination

The bd1999 system and displayed results are final for determining game outcomes. In the event of any dispute, server logs and game records will be considered as evidence.
